What if I'm not as advanced in my career as other women in the community?

Mavens of all levels, from all industries, are welcome here! This is an intentionally diverse community where we believe that every woman has strengths to offer. No matter where you are in your career, you have personal experiences, unique ideas, and encouragement to share. That’s the magic of peer mentorship!
How does peer mentorship work? Do you have to have a senior role in order to be a mentor?

Mavens at all levels of their career have something to give & receive, so mentorship can be mutual. If you’re a young professional, you have fresh perspectives, new ideas, and lots of encouragement to share. And even if you’ve got decades of corporate life under your belt, you can still learn from experiences outside of your own niche and industry.
What if I'm unemployed or looking for a job?

We’ve got your back! Although the community isn’t primarily for jobseekers, it is meant to support women throughout their entire journey, so don’t let that stop you. You’re more than welcome to join, participate, get support, and offer your own ideas to all of your fellow Mavens, too.
I'm nervous about opening up to strangers. Is this a private space?

I completely get it—being honest about work struggles can be vulnerable, and you want your trickiest work stuff to stay confidential. All Mavens pledge that everything personal that comes up on calls or on Slack cannot be shared outside the group. If you have any particular concerns about this, please ask me!
How much time should I set aside to participate in the community?

I recommend joining each month’s webinar live (one hour!), but from there, it’s up to you. You and your mentor match can schedule calls whenever’s convenient for you, and you have Slack access 24/7. Because you tend to get out of group coaching programs what you give, catching up with the community at least a few times a week will help keep you up to speed and ready to ask a Q or support another Maven.
What if I miss a webinar? Are they recorded?

You got it, Maven. Call recordings get dropped into Slack ASAP so that you can catch up (or revisit!) our webinars anytime.
What are your payment terms?

Membership in the Corporate Mavens community is $444 annually, or $42 monthly. You can cancel the monthly plan anytime. (Honestly, though? I doubt you’ll want to!)

How do the video modules work? Can I access them at any time?

Everything's hosted in an online portal, so all you need is an internet connection and you're good to go. You can watch the video lessons anytime right in the portal, and the worksheets are a mix of downloadable PDFs and Google Sheets.
